Teaching Leading Coaching (TLC) wishes you a happy and healthy 2026!

As we approach the start of a new year, we want to pause and say thank you.

We are deeply grateful that you chose Teaching, Leading, Coaching (TLC) as your professional development partner—whether through our CDA program, workshops, or other learning opportunities. Supporting early childhood educators like you is at the heart of everything we do, and it has been an honor to learn and grow alongside you.

 

Looking Back
This past year was filled with meaningful learning, connection, and growth. 

  • We hosted 44 FREE professional development sessions that covered a variety of topics relevant to ECE professionals totaling over 54 hours of learning.

  • Over 1890 people registered for our classes! While most were from Pennsylvania and Delaware, we also had registrants from New Jersey, Maryland, Utah, New York, and Puerto Rico!

  • We began spotlighting local educators who are making a difference. Click here to see our newest article and here to see other educators who we celebrated in 2025.

Looking Forward
As we enter the new year, we are excited about what’s ahead. We’re preparing to:

  • Continue to grow our professional development courses to meet the needs of early childhood educators.

  • Expand our reach so we hear from voices representing different communities. 

 

We remain committed to providing realistic, supportive, and inspiring professional learning that meets educators where they are and helps them continue to grow with confidence and purpose.
